1. Controller and scope

ClansNetwork is the controller of personal data processed through its website and applications. Send privacy requests to support@clansnetwork.com. This policy covers the website, desktop and web applications, and support interactions.

2. Data we collect

• Account details: username, email address, password (stored only as an irreversible hash).
• Content and usage: server memberships, messages, uploaded files, relationships, moderation records, time spent in the app and voice rooms, and game status when enabled.
• Technical and security data: IP address, device and operating system, app version, session and error logs, and abuse or security signals.
• Support data: emails, request content, and resolution records you send us.
• Payment data: plan, subscription status, transaction and receipt identifiers. Paddle processes full card data, which does not reach us.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We process data to provide the Service and perform our contract; protect accounts and the platform; improve features and fix defects; answer support requests; comply with law; and protect legitimate rights. We request consent where the law requires it. We do not sell personal data for advertising.

4. Voice, camera, and screen sharing

Voice, camera, and screen-sharing streams are relayed in real time. ClansNetwork does not record these streams by default. Supported processing such as noise suppression may run on your device. We cannot always prevent another user from recording on their own device, so share with care.

5. Service providers and transfers

We may use providers for hosting, real-time communications, email, security, and payment. They receive only the data needed for their role. For card purchases of Premium, Paddle may act as a separate controller for payment and tax purposes under its own privacy policy. Where data is processed in another country, applicable transfer safeguards are used.

6. Retention and deletion

We retain account data while the account exists and security, support, and transaction records for as long as necessary for their purpose or required by law. After deletion, personal data is removed or anonymized within a reasonable period, except for records needed for legal retention, fraud prevention, or disputes.

7. Your rights

Under Turkish Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, where applicable, the GDPR, you may have rights to know whether data is processed, access it, correct or delete it, restrict or object to processing, obtain portability, and complain to a regulator. Send a request to support; we may reasonably verify identity.

8. Cookies and local storage

The public website uses browser local storage to remember your language preference. The signed-in application may use necessary cookies or similar technologies to maintain sessions and security. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on the public website.

9. Children's privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child supplied personal data without required authorization, contact us and we will investigate and take appropriate action.

10. Security, changes, and contact

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards such as access controls, encryption, and monitoring, but no system is risk-free. We may update this policy for material product or legal changes. Questions and rights requests: support@clansnetwork.com.
